Our Customer Service: A dedicated department to address customer service specially has been created at Sunsol. The purpose of the Customer Service department is to provide exceptional class service to customers to address in the ICT business environment.

The customer service helpdesk is a live interface to customers for reporting service requests and queries by phone and email. Such requests are logged onto the database and immediately passed on to the appropriate resource and attended within reasonable delay with constant follow ups
